If you paid for instance support/ One Time Fix:

If you cancel within the first 5 days, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterion are met:

You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue is not resolved

You are not given any acceptable & easy workaround within 48 hrs

One-Time Fix Pay Customers (If want to cancel within 5 days): If you cancel in the first 5 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, less the cost of security software (if any installed) and any specialized service given

If you paid for subscription based Plans:

You can cancel your subscription based Plan anytime if following criteria is met-

Your primary issue is not fixed and you are not given any workaround as well

You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue is not resolved

Subscription Plans cancellation You are entitled for a refund for the unused term of your subscription plan, less cost of any software installed & $60/hr for every time we provided you support.

Important Note: As you know there is no obligation contract between us and we are ready to refund you for the unused days if you are not satisfied. For any reason in case you opt to do charge back without sending us an email for refund request on 15 business days prior filing a charge back, there will be a penalty of USD 500 and any legal fee which we will have to incur in filing the case.

All refund takes 7 business days to complete from the date of request and are only accepted from the registered email id of the customer.
